 High performance is influenced by the environment, mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. All are needed in varying degrees for sustainable performance over a lifetime.

 There are 4 windows of success when we look at the movement component a little deeper. They are Equipment- does your equipment fit, Technical/Tactical- do you know how to swing the club properly, Biological Power- are you fit enough to handle the stress of the sport, and do you have the joint positions to absorb and adapt to stress.
