Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance? No, we are out of network with all providers
What if you’re not in-network with my insurance carrier? We can provide you with a Super Bill which you can turn in to your insurance company for reimbursement of your covered services.
What types of things do you treat? We treat any and all types of musculoskeletal issues, functional health issues, chronic pain scenarios, and much more!
If I’m not injured can I still come? Yes! We work with a model that optimizes function beyond recovering from injury. We work with people and athletes of all types to not only get past injury but to maximize health and performance as well.
Are you chiropractors or physical therapists? We are chiropractors, with additional education of a Masters of Sports Science and Rehabilitation. This allows The RANGE to provide chiropractic services AND functional rehabilitation.
How long are the appointments? Our new patient exam is comprehensive, that lasts 60-90 minutes, we try to provide the highest level of care and that starts with our exam. Second visits are 60 minutes to allow sufficient time to address any questions that may arise. Our follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes, but can be 45-60 minutes depending on the case.
What to expect: Come prepared to move. Wear comfortable clothing like you are going to the gym. Most patients will receive a combination of hands on manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises. The ratio varies depending on the cases. All patients will leave with self-care exercises they will need to perform at home. Patients will be expected to have and active roll in the training or recovery process.

Our aim is to help you return to your normal routine and improve your training beyond your previous level. Throughout our process, we view things from both a therapy and fitness perspective, allowing you to continue training while recovering from your injury. If your lack of fitness was the cause of your injury, we believe that therapy is a catalyst, but improving fitness will be the ultimate solution to your problem.
