You can’t move, where you can’t move

Do you have the movement prerequisites for the activity you want to participate in?

Movement Optimization

Most people’s bodies are not prepared for the activity they want to do. “It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the load you are not prepared for”- Tim Gabbett. Injuries often occur when your body is unable to move in the way required for a particular activity.

What to expect

  1. We start with a measurement based assessment that provides objective measures of an athlete/client’s movement capacity.

  2. Training inputs are then directed to the individuals specific needs

  3. Normalizing joint function is our first training objective

  4. We then add to that by increasing movement capacity, improving body control and increasing available ranges of motion that you can use to perform your activities, job, or sport.
